錄用條件
• 以滿足生産爲目的,根據公司生産需求制定原材料采購計劃；同時根據客戶需求，制定進(jìn)口貿易件的采購及物流計劃。
Making prematerial purchasing plan object to production demand; Makingtrading parts purchasing and delivery plan according to the customer request.
• 确保原材料、進(jìn)口貿易件及時到廠，滿足公司生産及運營需要；
Make sure pre-material and trading parts delivery in time and meet companydemand.
• 跟蹤原料及貿易件的運輸狀态，并做相應記錄；
Chasing the shipping status of pre-material and trading parts, keepingrecords accordingly.
• 評估及解決所有供給問題；
Evaluate and drive resolution on all material supply issues
• 以最優的運輸方式安排所需原材料，貿易件，維修備件等及時到廠，避免超額運費。及時完成(chéng)進(jìn)口材料的報關，通關工作。
Using the best transportation option to arrange material, trading parts,spare parts etc arrives in time, avoid premium freight. Finishing the customs clearance job in time.
• 參與内部與外部成(chéng)本節儉項目；
Participate in cost and cycle time reduction internally and externally.
• 供應商定期評價及商務談判；
Suppliers’ evaluations as well as business negotiation etc.
• 由經(jīng)理分配的其他任務
Other tasks assigned by linemanager.
任職要求
• 最低學(xué)曆要求 Minimum EducationRequirements:
本科以上學(xué)曆
Bachelor degree or above;
• 最低經(jīng)驗要求 Minimum ExperienceRequirements:
3年以上外資企業采購經(jīng)驗
At least 3 years purchasing experience in foreign enterprise;
• 必備技能(néng)與特質Essential Skills& Characteristics:
熟練掌握MS Office, 有SAP經(jīng)驗及進(jìn)出口報關經(jīng)驗者優先
Good command of MS Office, SAP, import & export declaration workingexperience preferable;
• 良好(hǎo)的中英文溝通能(néng)力
Good communication skill in Chinese & English;
• 具有團隊精神
Good Team player
• 客戶爲導向(xiàng)的意識
Strong customer-orientated sense.
