任職要求

本科以上學(xué)曆，機械類專業背景優先考慮；
具備5年以上外企制造業同崗位工作經(jīng)驗；
熟悉制造業生産流程；
具備較強的談判技巧；
英語聽說讀寫能(néng)力精通。
主要職責
負責公司銷售團隊;
帶領團隊完成(chéng)公司制度的銷售目标；
維護、發(fā)展與老客戶的關系；
審核産品報價并與客戶洽談，确保公司利潤的最大化；
對(duì)與銷售有關的合同及協議初步評估并報公司法務務評審；
監控和管理客戶的應收帳款，确保公司的應收帳款按期收取；
向(xiàng)管理層和客戶提供有關稅務方面(miàn)的建議；
根據銷售目标實施市場開(kāi)發(fā)，挖掘潛在客戶。

Qualifications
Under the age of 45;
Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical background is preferred;
5 years+ working experience in Manufacturing industry of Foreign Enterprise ;
Familiar with manufacturing process;
Strongnegotiation skills;

Key Responsibilities
Managethe sales team of the enterprise;
Leadthe team to achieve the sales target set by the enterprise;
Maintainand develop the relationship with old customers;
Review product quotation and negotiate with customers to ensure the maximum profit of the enterprise;
Evaluatethe sales related contracts and agreements, and report to the enterprise'slegal affairs for review;
Controland manage accounts receivable of customers to ensure that accounts receivableof the company are collected on schedule;
Providetax advice to Management and customers;
Market development and dig potential customers.
