  This company is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE) established in Shenyang in 2016. The main business is casting equipment of the machine, energy machinery, environmental protection machinery and technical development, package,sales, commission agency, repair, maintenance, installation, and after-sales service. The products are sold to the many projects in China and abroad, with more mature and advanced mechanical equipment experience.   Title: Purchasing Engineer

  Position: Shenyang Economic and Technical Development Area

  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, age 25-45. English canbe used as a working language.

  Working hours/wagestandard: 8:30 am-5:30 pm. monthly comprehensive wage¥8000.

  Job Responsibilities:

  1.Supplier development and management

  1.1.  According to the company's business development, find suitable suppliers of machining and standard parts;
  1.2.  Cooperate with SQE to communicate the quality issue and improve supplier quality control;
  1.3.  Quarterly,monthly and annual supplier performance evaluation to optimize supply chain capability;
  1.4.  According to company strategy, develop key suppliers, eliminate unqualified suppliers;
  1.5.  Organize related departments to audit supplier qualification and make regular follow-up evaluation;
  1.6.  Procurement execution to ensure the supply of raw materials.

  2. Cost management

  2.1 understand the market of components and raw materials;
  2.2 cost model andcost analysis of components;
  2.3 maintain theprice, implement the quarterly reduction strategy, conduct negotiations and meet the company's requirements;

  3. Project management

  3.1 Understand the company's new project plan and coordinate with each department to prepare thesupply chain, including procurement, capability preparation, and price evaluation;
  3.2 According to the project schedule ability to evaluate the potential risk and provide reasonable Suggestions;

  4. Procurement management

  4.1 lead the project procurement plan and work with the project manager
  4.2 process daily purchase requirements into purchase orders
  4.3 confirmation of placed purchase order with correct price, availability and transportation schedule from supplier
  4.4 data entry and management in ERP system
  4.5 follow up suppliers on time and according to quality delivery
  4.6 timely manage and solve problems caused by delivery and quality.

  工作時間/工資标準:早8:30—17:30,每月綜合工資8000元

  工作内容

  1.供應商開(kāi)發(fā)與管理

  1.1根據公司業務發(fā)展的需求,找到合适的機械加工和标準件供應商;
  1.2與SQE合作溝通質量問題并改善供應商的質量控制;
  1.3對(duì)供應商進(jìn)行季度,每月和年度績效評估,以優化供應鏈能(néng)力;
  1.4根據公司戰略,培養關鍵供應商,淘汰不合格供應商;
  1.5組織有關部門審核供應商資質并進(jìn)行後(hòu)續定期評估;
  1.6采購執行以确保原材料的供應;

  2.成(chéng)本管理

  2.1了解負責零件的市場原材料市場;
  2.2對(duì)組件進(jìn)行成(chéng)本模型和成(chéng)本分析;
  2.3維持價格,執行季度降價策略,進(jìn)行談判,滿足公司要求;

  3.項目管理

  3.1了解公司的新項目計劃,并與每個部門協調以準備供應鏈,包括采購,能(néng)力準備和價格評估;
  3.2根據項目進(jìn)度評估潛在風險并提供合理建議的能(néng)力;

  4.采購管理

  4.1領導項目采購計劃,與項目經(jīng)理一起(qǐ)制定;
  4.2將(jiāng)日常采購需求處理爲采購訂單;
  4.3從供應商那裡(lǐ)獲得具有正确價格,可用性和交貨時間表的已下達采購訂單的訂單确認;
  4.4ERP系統中的數據錄入和管理;
  4.5按時,按質量交貨密切跟蹤供應商;
  4.6及時管理和解決因交貨,質量引起(qǐ)的問題;
