• Major Responsibilities
- Consolidation for 4 entities
- Steer payment process to ensure no compliance topics
- Implement cost split model according to HRSC's approval
- Cooperate with vendors to steer the payment process
- PR/PO/PV creation and payment process steering
- Cooperate with controlling for monthly, yearly closing (Provision & Offset)
- Give the GRIR clearance proposal to finance department after aligned it with budget owners
- Steer the monthly deviation between plan & actual spending
- Understand the tax policy change content and explain the related part to team members
- Delivery training analysis and reports regularly or upon request
- Maintain the database to make training record well archived and transparent
• Qualifications
- University degree / master degree
• Knowledge / Skills /Competences
- Strong communication skill, dealing well with difficult situations or even conflicts surrounding
- Proficient English ability in writing and speaking
- Detailed knowledge of key business process
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Interest in data and detail
- Work under pressure when assigned heavy tasks
- Good Excel, PowerPoint and Word knowledge
• Experience
- Experience in finance or accounting related working experience
- Working experience in foreign manufacture company
- Minimum 1-3 Years of experience
